Im not going to get too political about it but you guy's have to watch this documentary, it is absolutely awesome. The premise is that many film makers feel that the ratings sistem is biased, moralistic and corruptible. They set out to discover who the secret panel of judges are, since it seems unfair that we dont even know who chooses what movie gets what rating.

Along the way dozens of directors who have been wronged by the ratings system discuss their work and most of the scenes that where censored from their movies are shown. The interesting thing is that this represents very little shock value... watching all those "X rated" scenes is easy since none of them are particularly bad or potentially disturbing.

My only gripe is that they didint touch upon the fact that foreign films automatically get a harder rating than they should, in particular japanese and europen childrens movies.
