.Net framework problems with EZNif on Vista
« on: August 26, 2008, 03:03:29 AM »
Hi folks. Well, I've got  :ffvstr: running nicely on Vista, CTool2 is behaving itself, and all is well. Except that I have a bunch of meshes for  :ff: that I'd like to convert, and I can't figure out how to get EZNif to work. It keeps asking for .Net framework 1.1, and I've got 3.5. Anyone know how to work around this?

You would probably have to download and install the 1.1 framework (as the application was written using that).

Each version of the framework is stand alone and should exist alongside one another with no problems -- that said, I'm not running Vista so I can't promise that there might not be a hiccup or two, but Microsoft claims Vista supports 1.1.

 Thank you. I know nothing about .net and thought that 3.5 included 1.1. Now I feel like an idiot (but at least it's a familiar feeling!)
