Suicide Squad:Can't take MoonHuntress on missions after 'Devil's in the Details'

In the Suicide Squad mod, I saved up lots of Prestige and bought Moonhuntress for ~9,000 prestige.  She was very useful in the 'Devil's in the Details' mission, but after that was unavailable for all future missions.

How come?  Does that happen with all recruits?

In the Suicide Squad mod any character you buy is only available for one mission. This keeps with the premise of the comic that one mission wipes your criminal record clean .

Bugger, I was afraid of that. :(

Okay, that completely changes my recruitment strategy - there's very little point in investing in the ultra-expensive supers, then.  The sweet spot is probably somewhere more around 5-6k.
