I will try and help you although i am a newbie too  :D. Ususally any map you download has two folders, one with the name of the map and a  _mission at the end. For example helicarrier_mission. Put that folder in your mission folder located in Data folder if you want to icorporate the map in your vanilla  :ffvstr:. The second folder that comes with the map will be the maps name only e.x helicarrier. Put it in this path Art/Library/Terrain. Remember to copy paste the entire folder not just the files in it. If all steps done right you will see the mpa in your rumble room scroll-down.

As for the voices i am not entirely sure what you mean. Are you reffering o the sound files for powers or to characters voices. I will assume its the second. Before i help  you need to help me if you are familliar with FFedit. If so which voices do you want to add? VPMax?

Actually, the folders are there, but they need to be extracted. In the Data folder, you will find Art.ff and Missions.ff files. To be on the safe side, make a copy of these files. On the copies, change the .ff extension to .zip or .rar or whatever file format your file extractor uses. Don't worry about the "changing a file extension" warning you get. Now, extract the files/folders that Jimaras8 mentioned to the data folder. You can also right click the original files and choose "Open with" or "Open" and then choose your file extractor. There is a lot of data in these .ff files, so I would recommend only extracting files or folders that you need as extracting the entire file will take up a large amount of space. I would also recommend extracting the FX folder in the Art.ff file if you plan on adding new FX to your game, because they will need to go in this folder.

Edit: Seeing your other thread, I'll also mention to extract the Speech folder from the Sounds.ff file which you will need if you're installing  new voices.
