This is actually a request for help. I'm working on a scope and I've tried to add reflections and glow textures and failed. If I send the mesh to someone who can do this, would they please add the appropriate effects?
Know you probably have the tutorial on that already, but here be the one for setting up refl and "gloss" on the meshes in Nifskope just in case:
