I figured that since there have been a few requests for this over the years, plus, I thought it was a cool idea, it should be moved up my "To Do" list.

I think it's pretty much finished, but I still want to give it a once over to make sure I didn't miss anything.



A huge thank you goes to Laughing Paradox for letting me use the "Male_Basic_Fire" Art File from his "Hellstorm" Skin. Unfortunately, you can't really see it in the pic, but in-game, it looks pretty darn cool.

After a small break to skope Generation X I'm back to the New X-men and it's the turn of X-23. Cloned from Wolverine's DNA, she possesses most of his mutant abilities. She joined to the team after M-day when Kyle and Yost took over the book.

This skope has Pod's previous take on the character and brings the possibility of add her All New X-men costume (although she is being written way out of character in that book in my opinion).



The animations are basically stabby attacks (she pops the claws when she is attacking). I've included a special animation (originally made by Texas Jack) where she sniffs the air to track an enemy, so it can be used with the tracker or enhanced senses attributes.

Awesome! Great job with the claws. Send it my way, I just finished Prodigy last night so I'm clear to start Armor or Laura (skopers choice).

And yeah she's way out of character in All New! Sometimes she's okay but other times I wonder if Bendis has ever read an X-23 comic. Still I find it interesting having her interact with the original X-Men. I was really disappointing they barely had the existing students interacting with Jean and co. Such a missed opportunity.

I would have liked to see those interactions too, in fact I was pretty disappointed  (and surprised) when only the Stepford sisters accepted to go to the New Xavier School.

Rockslide is an X-men student with a body composed of granite which grants him super-strength and durability. He started out as a school bully, being part of the Hellions squad, but he grew up as the story progressed becoming a loyal friend to his teammates and the funniest character in the book.

During his Academy X days his appearance was very similar to the Thing:


...but when he was blasted and apparently destroyed by Nimrod he rebuilt himself using new rocks and got a new appearance, larger and rugged:


This skope is based in Podmark's Rockslide, one of my all-time favorites; in fact the nif only has a few more pieces than it, but it'll have new animations and FX like these:


The first animation shows his ability to shoot his fists. This ability was replaced for a new one when he gained his new body: the power of explode his body and reform himself (shown in the second animation).
The last scene is just to show Rockslide's size in comparison with his teammates.

Windblown Rockslide looks great. Seems like you've nailed the animations. I'm really excited for this skope.
Rockslide has kinda been my white whale as a skope. I've wanted to revisit my skope and skins for a long time but I've never been completely sure how to handle it. I was debating different bodies and animations sets, but I think you had a great approach Windblown!
