CO2 and CO3: Super-Hitler and Captain Hero
« on: December 30, 2008, 02:04:12 AM »
Now at Character Obscura II we have-Super Hitler.

This was the title of a request a few weeks ago, but what was really wanted was Dynaman from the Golden Age miniseries. It game me an idea, though. What if someone had done a golden age comic with Hitler as the hero? In a world without knowledge of The Final Solution and work camps, this is what we might have gotten. In a uniform similar to he one he gave The Red Skull, draped with a cape that echoes the Nazi flag, looking all noble, and kind, and absolutely bleeping crazy, we have that champion of the people, that bastion of National Socialist pride, that protector of the Aryan genome-Super-Hitler. Done for the Male Cape Clothes Baggy mesh by The Beyonder, it can be found in the Miscellaneous folder.

"Teenie-Weenie magic beanie, pointing towards the sky,
Bring me muscles, vigor, strength, form a powerful guy."

With these words, below average Riverdale High student Jugghead Jones becomes Captain Hero-whose strenght and power is in direct proportion ot the amount of food he smells during an adventure.

If you don't know who Jugghead is, where have you been the last 60 years? anyway, to recap, Jugghead is the best friend/straight man for Archie Andrews (see Archie Comics), and along with his friend have one of the longest-running series in the history of comics. Only Batman, Superman, and (I think) Wonder Woman have lasted longer. Usually Jugghead seems rather dim-witted (although he may really just be lazy), but when the Archie kids were given super-powers back in the '60s, Jugghead's Captain Hero (who appeared in his own comic starting in 1966) was a smart, effective, and clever hero.

Waiting for you now at Character Obscura III, complete with a mesh by Yellow Lantern, it is supposed to take any Male Cape keyframes, and the file includes  :ff: and  :ffvstr: meshes. Don't be the last one on your block to have this one-of-a-kind item.

Gotta admit that's exactly who I first thought of too.
A wise man knows, he knows nothing
I must be the wisest man on Earth,
cause I don't know squat

Thanks also go to Yellow Lantern. All I asked for was a hat, and he sent me a whole mesh. Man has to be another fan.

I'll eventually do Sinestro Boyfriend, too, since he kinda belongs in there. And you did see Supergal, didn't you?
