IO set slotting is italicized, Regular slotting is in bold above the set slotting.

The IO build will cost about 250 mil infamy.  It looks excessive, but 100 mil is solely from Numina's proc.  The key bonuses that I tried for with this build, in order, were 1) Run Speed 2) Regeneration/Max Health, 3) Global Recharge Reduction and 4) Endurance Recovery

As you can see, the regular slotting for powers may need less slots to reach their normal effectiveness.  If you plan to slot regularly, just make adjustments to the number of slots assigned to those powers.  Sometimes you overslot a power in order to achieve the bonus from that set, Health is a good example of this.

Feel free to rearrange the slotting order or make any other adjustments you desire.

I'm not sure how necessary the fighting pool is if you're going for granite build.  Maybe Mike or Ver could answer that.

I think hasten for a stoner is important to offset the the -rech of granite.

You may want to consider a build for levelling that includes the other type-based armors, particularly the energy and psi ones.  1-32 will be a long road without them.  Respec into your granite build once you have enough slots in granite.

Maybe add another rech to EE.  EE increases your hitpoints, which in turn increases your regen.  To maximize the benefit of health and rooted, fire off EE as frequently as possible/needed.

Verfall

Tough is useless for Stone tanks that want to fight in Granite at all times. However, Weave is not, and if you like to solo, Rock Armor, Tough, Weave and Stone Skin can work very well for that. You'll want to take Mineral Armor and Crystal Armor, just so you have the spots to put in a Gift of the Ancients Run Speed IO. No need to expend slots on them though. You definitely want EE full slotted. Throw in a full set of Doctored Wounds and you'll be good to go.

To be honest, all you need is 3 slots in stone skin, 3 in rooted, granite fully slotted and 3 run speeds in swift and you'll basically be an unkillable mound of poo. I wouldn't waste time with the fighting pool for a Tank. Brutes should take it, but tanks don't need it.

That's actually a rather urine poor build. He doesn't have his defense in granite max slotted, his most powerful attack he only has 2 recharges in, and he's overslotted a few powers and underslotted a few others.

Hell, he slotted 5 Aegis in Granite for the 3.13% AOE defense bonus....but by doing that he has actually lost 8% typed to all defense. His build up is lacking full recharge, which as a tank you'll want.

For cripes sake he has Flurry in there....FLURRY!!!
