Help!! I need help with a valentines day gift

and Steve Scott (artist behind Indiana Jones graphic novel and Shadow Pact and She Hulk) will not help me out

could someone help me out with a sketch of this girl?

It's my friend Cytheria as Hypno/Cytheria from the "Fighting Angels" webisodes.  The character was named Hypno but the directed loved her name so much he renamed the character after her.  Doing effects to the drawing along with the "Hypno" power theme would be appreciated.
