Manhunter from Neptune-anyone got any info?

I've bene able to find only two references to this character: a Micro by Copper Age, and a cartoon by Fred Hembeck. I would guess he was from the late '50s, early '60s Martain Manhunter series, but does anyone have any information on him? Send me a PM if you would please.

From what I'm able to infer from the Hembeck strip, this isn't an actual character, more of just a play on words (or names, rather) by Fred.  Copper Age may have been tickled enough by the strip to make a micro, but I don't think there's anything else to the "character" than that.
