Okay, It's official... Cute kills.. and these are not even the Mojoverse X-Babies either...

While Wolverine And The X-Men ended up on NickToons and the other Marvel toons with Spectacular Spider-Man on DisneyXD (formerly Toon Disney).. apparently Cartoon Network picked up a full season order of this show.

Stan "The Man" Lee will voice the Mayor of New York and the rest of the cast will be filled out by Tom Kenny, Steve Blum, Charlie Adler, Grey DeLisle, Wayne Knight, LeVar Burton, Michelle Trachtenberg, Greg Grunberg, Lena Headey, Adrian Pasdar, Tricia Helfer, Jennifer Morrison, Tamera Towry and Robert Englund.

I'm still sensing a major flashback to Muppet Babies here...

There is something funny about seing a baby version of MODOK... maybe they will change him into MODOC, like Mental Organism Designed Only for Cuddling.    :P

Hey that looks pretty goo..... OMG OMG OMG!!!! This is so fricken wrong! Hey, I like puppies and kittens hanging on branches as much as the next guy, but this is so very not there.
Long live Slaanesh, Prince of Pain!!!

Oh! I know this stuff!

This show is based off those super- deformed non- posable toys from Wal- Mart! The ones where everyone- even the villians- are smiling! Here's... a pic of Galactus:

I dunno, I might get into this show. I liked Muppet Babies.

EDIT: Just took a longer look at the voice actors... wow. You have Neuman from Seinfeld, LeVar "Reading Rainbow" Burton, Nathan Petrelli and Matt Parkman from Heroes, grown- up Harriet the Spy, Grey DeLisle (who does everything!), and Robert FREAKIN' Englund! I know I'm geeking out more than I should, but COOL!!

BWPS

Loki is happy!

I'll be watching this, though I wish the title WAS actually Marvel Babies.
I apologize in advance for everything I say on here. I regret it immediately after clicking post.

UnkoMan

They look less like babies and more like shrunken characters to me. Well... Captain America's HEAD is at least the right size.

Glitch Girl

Gotta agree with Unko, they look more like supergnomes than superkids.  Falcon looks coo though, as does Loki and MoleMan.  Must agree, if nothing else, voice cast looks awesome.

Why does Doom have a sword?

Why does Wolvie have no nose?

Why is there only one girl?  (oh wait, they're probably still at the "I hate girls" stage, nevermind)

Why did Sabertooth let them do that to his hair?

The character designer probably grew up after logan lost his adamantium and he was runing around all feral, I swear they drew him as though he had no nose then. I even remember the jokes..

"Logan has no nose"
"How does he smell?"
"Terrible".

Glitch Girl

Oh crud,  It's a "gotta catch 'em all" plot with sword parts.  [cringes]

Is there no end to Marvel's greed and stupidity?

Sigh....

Dana

Talavar

Wow, that just looks fantastically bad.  I'm actually impressed by how bad this looks, and yet is still managing to get made.  That's a triumph of the human spirit right there.

Spring Heeled Jack

It's taken me five minutes to think of a response that wasn't almost totally expletives.

This is just bad. They're back to releasing cartoons exclusively to sell toys, I see.

Why are adult actors voicing the characters? Are the characters children? Are they adults that have been child-ized?

Great Caesar's ghost--I get that it's for children, but...oh, whatever.

Podmark

The whole thing is a spin-off of one of their toy lines (which I believe has been a successful line).

I can't say I'm looking forward to this, but you never know it could be fun.

Actually, the toys were first. By a few years, I think. They make these "Super- Deformed" style "toys" for Marvel, Star Wars, and Transfromers.

EDIT: Ninja'd!

I think it is just an artistic style we're not used to. I thought i was going to HATE batman: the Brave and the Bold, because it's style was like Adam West's Batman. Then i loved it! Let's try to be somewhat open minded, okay?

Spring Heeled Jack

No!!

The Falcon's giving me the thumbs-up. What'd I do?

The Hitman

Do you have breadcrumbs? A thumb's up usually means he wants breadcrumbs.

Ares_God_of_War

They can barely make the Hulk Vs. over a half hour each episode but they can pump out a whole season of this? I remember when I was a kid. I really used to like the DCU Batman and the X-men series. I dont think I could have even standed this unless I was like 5

Won't watch a minute of it.

Spring Heeled Jack

Makes me realize how poor Marvel's villain roster is. Other than Doom, Venom, Magneto and the Red Skull, there's not a lot worth fearing in the Marvel Universe. (And even those four started out with great concepts and sank like rocks.)

thalaw2

After Striperella I never doubt Stan.  Never!

I thought that would be the worst cartoon ever and I wound up loving it.

LeVar "Reading Rainbow" Burton.....that sounds good.  I actually met him once.  Cool guy!

Nah...I grew up reading comics with adult heroes in them and most kids have adult heroes to look up to.  What kid really wants to see a bunch of baby/child super heroes?  It's good for a laugh, for about a minute, then what?...Power Pack doesn't even sell that well, does it?

I actually like quite a lot of Marvel villains. A lot of the ones here even. Juggernaut, Sabretooth, Loki, Fing Fang Foom, Abomination, MODOK... On the other hand, I completely hate Venom. I'll admit though, a lot of villains are cool as a design and power, but not to have backstories told about them. Still... some of my favourite mainstream comics are about villains on hard times. Flowers for Rhino anyone?

Oh, SHJ. SHJ, SHJ, SHJ! You named Venom as a good villain, but skipped over Norman Osbourne/Green Goblin? Get out. Get out right now! ^^.
Disappear when you least expe--

cmdrkoenig67

Sooo....If all of them have three fingers and a thumb (atleast the heroes who normally have four and a thumb), does the Thing have two and a thumb?  Does Nightcrawler have one finger and a thumb?  Intriguing...Think on that.

Dana  :P

detourne_me

Enchantress isn't in the pic,  thats weid, she's a villain in the superhero squadcomics,  i'm guessing she'll be voiced by tricia helfer in the show

i'm looking forward to this.
muppet baies was great,
