Can't find 1.3 patch... anywhere!

I keep getting the 'Freedom Force isn't compatible with this operating system' message. I have the XP professional service pack 2, which isn't listed on the game compatibility menu. I've been looking all over the place for the 1.3 patch, everyone seems to be working with it, but no one says where it is. Can anyone help me, or is FF lost to me forever?

here you go. im pretty sure its a clean file but you never know of exes. better scan it once youve got it.
