Ok question.
Lets say I skoped somthing is there anyway to skin it as a whole with the rest of the mesh instead of indiviually. It is too tidous and mindboggoling to do so.
I tried opening it in Blender but it seems the only way to do this is by joining the objects into one mesh however I don't want to do this as it effects
the animation and such.
So basically my questions is how can I join to skin not the mesh?

I'm sorry, I'm having some trouble understanding your question.
You want to skin a mesh, but there are many extra pieces? Like maybe kneepads, or a belt?
I know extra pieces usually have other texture files.  For example the body of the mesh would be male_basic.tga and the belt or gun would be on extras.tga
Is this what you are talking about?
It is possible to put all of the pieces on one single texture file.  You can do this with Nifskope.  If this is what you want to do I could explain the process for you.
