Wraith uses her free hand to draw a device from her belt and launches a flurry of blades at Plague Rat with computer-aided precision (Razor Ordinance, +2 from Targeting Computer), followed by another blast from her Stun Bolt.

(can I use a power twice or does my second power have to be something separate?)

You can only use each instance of a power only once per turn.  So, you can't use Razor Ordinance again during your own turn.  Sometimes you can get a power out twice, then you can use each instance in a single turn (you can do this with Stun Bolt).  When Legacy allows you to use a power, that occurs during a completely different turn, so you are allowed to use a power that you used on your own turn.

Wait, can I still use Sleuth since I still have one more power left to use?  That's why I was asking (even though it doesn't make much difference at this point)

No you can't.

Razor Ordinance= 1 power use
Stun Bolt= 1 power use

That's it, both power uses.  It's quite effective, and there's no way the game lasts until the Environment anyway.

I can still retcon one of your power uses if you like, but it's a good move on its own.

Sensing her powers of Demoralization beginning to affect the Plague Rat's resolve. The Visionary sends a quick psychic blast (plays Psychic Maelstorm) towards the knife riddled Plague Rat.  The Plague Rat screams, and his Ratlike head gear looks to be crying in pain too as he clutches his head tightly in pain. * looks like i made an error , didn't know he was half rat. *

"He's all yours Omnitron X." (use power Enlighten to Omnitron X)

(Draw a card to end my turn, but i doubt we'll be needing it though.)

Omni does his 2 damage to PR through focused plasma cannon, and heals the ladies for 2 hp each through innervation ray

Electro Deployment Unit will draw a card.

I'll discard one copy of reset.

Omnitron then suggests that the other heroes leave the facility for a little bit, but leave behind all their equipment --- he just wants to try something.

I make that 17 damage. Is that enough?

If not I'll rocket punch too.

You all did fall a bit behind for a short time, but when you all rallied, you rallied hard.

I was going to take a break to run a forum game elsewhere, but there doesn't seem to be enough interest there, so I'll resume with game 5 here, probably after Christmas, but I have no objections with starting sooner if that's what folks want.

I really enjoyed this last one. Was tough in all the best ways.
