Wraith uses her free hand to draw a device from her belt and launches a flurry of blades at Plague Rat with computer-aided precision (Razor Ordinance, +2 from Targeting Computer), followed by another blast from her Stun Bolt. 

(can I use a power twice or does my second power have to be something separate?)

You can only use each instance of a power only once per turn.  So, you can't use Razor Ordinance again during your own turn.  Sometimes you can get a power out twice, then you can use each instance in a single turn (you can do this with Stun Bolt).  When Legacy allows you to use a power, that occurs during a completely different turn, so you are allowed to use a power that you used on your own turn.

That's it, both power uses.  It's quite effective, and there's no way the game lasts until the Environment anyway.

I can still retcon one of your power uses if you like, but it's a good move on its own.

You all did fall a bit behind for a short time, but when you all rallied, you rallied hard.

I was going to take a break to run a forum game elsewhere, but there doesn't seem to be enough interest there, so I'll resume with game 5 here, probably after Christmas, but I have no objections with starting sooner if that's what folks want.
