As of today (November 25, 2018), I have checked all the sites in the first post, and downloaded at least one file from them. If I discovered problems, I have listed them.

Do you guys remember which site had the Champions to FF conversion charts? I know the link exists somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.

Downloaded some random files from a couple of the sites on The Wayback Machine and a couple from the Yahoo Groups. Not quite an update...

You could download these individually, but not all at once.

I had hoped to find archives of Skindex and The Vigilante's sties before they removed the Marvel content, but I don't think there is anything left at Skindex, and Vigilante is exempted from the archive for some reason. I'd also hoped to get his Flex Mentallo, which has a broken link (a couple of other links are merely misspelled, but Flex is broken).

After all the time I've been looking through the Yahoo Groups, I missed one:

https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/FFAlley/info

I've added it to the list of Yahoo Groups.

I've added a site that I just found. The Yahoo Group you download the characters from is in that list, but this has pages on the characters and their origin and powers:

http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~ajbroome/tMKM_herostuff/IKJ/

And this is a web archive of one of Mad Rabbit's lists. It is a very old list of Yahoo Groups and what is (or at least was) in them.

Not sure if this is on any of the lists or not, but I came across a Yahoo Group that I didn't belong to: https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/SAMs_stuff/info

And it has stuff in it too!!!

Went through the sites available on The Wayback Machine. The loss of content is constant, with stuff that was there last time suddenly being 404. Again, sometimes an earlier or later capture (accessible through the scale above with the dates) will let you download some things.

Today, May 14, 2019, I went through the Yahoo Groups and downloaded at least one file from each. There were some files that I couldn't download, and tried another in the group that did, but this has gotten pretty standard with Yahoo. Tomorrow those files may be back. I'm getting some virus warnings on a few downloads, and don't know if they are real or not.

Today, May 27, 2019, I went through the sites in the first post and checked to see if they were still there, downloading at least one item. There were a couple that didn't seem to be there, and I noted that. I'll check them later to see if it is temporary or permanent.

While I'm checking in in your searches did you come across any 3ds max tutorials especially ones about keyframe animation? That's where I've been hung-up since the last release I did.

I think there's one by Grenadier in my "Resources" Yahoo Group.

No rush if you can. I got a lot going on but am home alone until November and trying to keep my mind off everything. Anything with combining keyframes into one set really. I can pump out individual moves just fine, just can't seem to get how to combine them into one file.

As of today's date. September 18, 2019, I have gone through the links and checked to be sure stuff is still there. The sad thing is that Dreamerzoid's  site seems to be down. I have added a Wayback Machine link to the other WM links.

Thought all of you would be interested in hearing this. I just went up to Yahoo and came across this message; Starting December 14, 2019 Yahoo Groups will no longer host user created content on its sites. New content can no longer be uploaded after October 28, 2019.

Which means, that a LOT of classic stuff is about to be lost forever so if anyone is interested in getting any of the meshes/skins/maps/voice packs etc, you had better do it now.

Here is a link explaining the changes coming: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/groups/SLN31010.html?impressions=true.

Added Catman's (aka Sick Alice's) original webpage. The links to the Yahoo Groups are broken, but the groups are still there (until December 14th, anyway) and can be found through the list of Yahoo Groups in this thread.

I tried at the beginning of October to check out the groups, but things were hit or miss; sometimes I could download something and sometimes I couldn't. I am presently going back and trying to download everything I can from all the groups, but still, sometimes I download a couple of dozen files, then get server errors. Ah well.
