Help with accessing FFvt3R

Something bad happened to me just now. Every time I tried entering , I ended up getting this error message that closed the game:

Found the best solution: Uninstall and reinstall.

But before I uninstall, I copy the data and custom folders and stuff to another folder (so that I don't lose a single bit of data I made).

After I deleted the original folder, I reinstalled it via Steam, put the copied data folders in, started the game, and poof! It's working again.
