Daglob has a "Black Dwarf", but I don't know if it's the same one that you're looking for.

@bungs2001: For future reference, it would really help if you included Reference Pics with your Requests, especially for those of us who aren't familiar with the Characters being requested.

My Black Dwarf is a little-known Golden Age crime-fighter, kind of like a shorter version of The Shadow.
