Yeah, that's sad. He wasn't even that old compared to other comic artists from his era. I recall reading books with art by him (I'm positive I've read some 70's Avengers by him) and I recall liking his art.

I'm also pretty sure he helped create Deathlok, so for both that among other things, yeah, he's going to be missed. :(
