I seem to recall Afghan Ant skinned him. His site is down but someone must have him.

You should be able to call AA's site up thru the Wayback Machine plus I think there are some of AA's skins on Heroforce. You have to open up one of the other creators' pages and then hit AA's section on the top bar (where each creator is listed) to get to it (if you just hit AA's content from the main page, you get a dead link). I'm pretty sure Hype is there.
