I would love a series of Fan 4 skins of courtnal6/AA quality for  :ff:

Which meshes?:

FF_Invisible_Woman_Gren

Flame_On_Action_Johnny_Storm_KX

I am not too concerned about which timeline is used whether its the blue and white or the blue on blue look from the old cartoon or the light blue modern look, not too picky but I know none of the Alex ff Fan4 skin packs include a mesh for reed richards via Tommyboy's tv version and it owuld be nice to have a matching squad, call me a meshionista (get it, like fashionista) ha ha, thank you peeps.

P.S.

Is there an antman mesh that goes from tiny, to regular to big and has the insect?

Tommy has a size-changing Ant-Man at his site:

I've got some skins that are supposed to represent the cartoon, as well as the non-existent '63 TV series, the Corman movie, and the second-most recent movies there at Alex's place too.

for the antman meshes, or the fan4 meshes, you had 1 for tommy's mr. fan?

Hey you've got 2/3 the order, Is there a way to tweak your human torch meshes to work with the changing mesh of Johnny storm that flames on when he flies and attacks, that is the only missing component unless you know of a way I could do it myself I am not sure about the mechanics of hous that mesh works or what tga files are the human torch part and which is the human part

My Johnny Storm skope in my first yahoo group (released a year+ before Kenn's) might be  :ff: compatible. Its about 5 years old now.

You should really just completely raid Alex's site, along with Force of Paradox, Heroforce, etc.

A lot of the Meshes are already for FF1, and most Skins that are for FFvt3R can be easily converted to FF1 Format.

And in The Freedom Force Historical Preservation, Chowder, and Marching Society:

I have a reasonably up to date list of operating sites, along with links from The Wayback Machine, and lastly a list of Yahoo Groups pertaining to Freedom Force that still have useful files among the porn. Looking through all of that should give you a lot of what has been created. Also, you might check through the mods on various sites (including the Mod Graveyard  ( http://freedomforceforever.com/ ).

Oh, and somebody ate all the chowder (Looks at DJ).

hold the presses, how does one convert a mesh from  :ffvstr: to  :ff: did you misspeak?

daglob

Generally, you convert from FF1 to FFv3R. A small number of people (including me, wonder of wonders) have converted backwards, FFv3R to FF1. Honestly, it is probably easier to start from scratch (I'm a skinner not a mesher).

There are several meshes that work in either game.

so true but not alot of read me files are included, the one difference I've noticed is the keyframe.kf vs character.kf. but I have not noticed this to be  universal and I have know way of knowing which is which before I download it a lot of the time. Heroforce has alot of meshes for  :ffvstr: and alot for  :ff: It was hard to figure out who did what at first, the sad part was that I recognized alot of meshes I had on my old computer but they were converted for the second game,  but I cannot for the life of me find the original versions of them for  :ff:

I think there's been a misunderstanding. I meant that Skins can easily be converted from  :ffvstr: to  :ff:, not Meshes. That's not saying that it's not impossible to retro-convert a Nif File (I don't know about Keyframe Files), however, I've only successfully retro-converted a Nif File once.

That being said, to tell the difference between a Mesh for  :ff:, and a Mesh for  :ffvstr:, if you open the Mesh up in a Hex Editor, and look in the top right corner, you'll see a set of numbers shown in the pics below that will tell you the difference between Files. This works for both, Nif Files, and Keyframe Files.
