Make a mesh fit... Keyfreame Edit

I'm taking a male basic type mesh and transplanting it to another male basic type, but the shoulders and neck are displaced. I can move the upper arms and the head to make it look proper in Nifscope, but when I open it in CTool, the arms slide in and the head slides down. Is there an easy way to fix this?

That may be a Keyframe issue, but I could be wrong.

I agree with CB, I had a similar issue and edited the bones, making them smaller. It worked just great in Nifskope, but when I checked the character with CTool it was all distorted again. I think you would have to change the KFs.
