Okay, so basically... I want to stick a vx mesh onto a male_basic.
But it's got all those nodes for the face and fingers. Is there a way to get rid of them without messing it all up?

Well there are a few ways to do this, you can just copy the bip nodes over to the male basic mesh, but tue fingers and face wont be animated by the male basic keyframes.
You won't be able to copy over the vx mesh without the bip nodes on the new skeleton. The other option would be opening up the vx mesh in blender, and assigning the vertexes for the face parts to Bip01 Head, and reassigning the individual fingers to the standard male_basic fingers.
This of course can be very time consuming.

Another option, which *may* work, is renaming the bip nodes in the scene root of the VX mesh to existing nodes in the scene root of the male_basic mesh before copying the mesh over.
This might work, but i'm not sure.  Ive done it the other way around to put a male_basic onto a vx mesh, like with my Punisher on FOP.
