Full Magneto Collar for FF1

For FF!. Can someone make a Classic Magneto Collar which can be scoped onto other meshes, that goes all the way around (back as well as Front).  Ink's Magneto mesh has a collar that covers only the front/chest.  I can scope two copies of it together, but I would prefer if it were one piece and properly shaped. If it could fit a standard size Male_basic mesh, that would be fine. I can take care of the rest.
