Phantom Rider

A few searches through the forums made mention of a Phantom Rider mesh made by unknown from the Vigilante mesh made by Renegade. I'm very interested, but am unsure if it was ever released or if it was just rumor.

Im not sure about one based on Vigilante, but I remember Fusion made a dedicated mesh with great floating animations a while back. Once im at home i could probably post a link.
