DC's Monitor was never done, right?

Hi, folks!

Not really a request, more of a question -- because of how complicated his costume was and the relatively limited number of appearances he had, I probably already know the answer, but it never hurts to ask:

Was the old-school Monitor (not the Anti-Monitor) from Crisis on Infinite Earths ever done?

I know there's a Harbinger and Pariah and Lady Quark out there, as well as the Anti-Monitor himself, but I just wondered if anyone had ever seen the good guy Monitor and had one squirreled away.

I don't think it's ever been made before but this should be feasible to Skope using pieces from my "Master of the World" Skope. Maybe once my School and Workload cut down, I'll see if I can figure it out. Then it would just need a Skinner.
