Maps?

I've never gotten the in game level editor to work through either  :ff:edit or  :ffvstr:edit, do I need another program to do that? also has anyone made an ezfx-installer type program for maps for either game?

I'm not sure what's used exactly, but Benton has been known to make maps. Perhaps he can help?
