I never saw the old "Avengers" tv series (though I am aware of it, supposedly The Hellfire Club from X-Men was directly based on an episode of the show, forever linking the series to Marvel Comics in more ways than one) so I'm familiar with her on Game of Thrones as Granny Tyrell.
