Title: JLA/avengers and its links to todays comics
Post by: the_ultimate_evil on March 05, 2007, 03:20:33 AM
i was looking up this cross over, and i thought it was a stand alone thing, and didnt realise it had links or been mentioned in the seperate teams comics

such as kronas egg, scarlet withcs who insanity possibile being due to her exposure to pure evil chaos in the DCU( would be a hell of a better explaination thank you bendis), it being mentioned in both the official marvel hand book and the JLA comics

did anyone else notice anything or have i just been blind <_<

Kurt Busiek, who worte JLA/Avengers, intended it to be in continuity for both DC and Marvel. However, as far as I know, only Busiek himself, durring his run on JLA, explicitly used that idea.

The whole involvement of Kronos during the story, as well as his reaching his hand to the beginning of time were both key factors in the Crisis on Infinite Earths story.

After that, though, I don't think they really have mentioned it much.

Krona's always been a tool for DC......in more than one meaning of the word.
