Title: Jack Staff's "move energy" power
Post by: Dr.Volt on May 31, 2007, 01:29:51 PM
Hey I could use some in put on how you guys might stat out Jack Staff's "move energy" power.  According to Wikipeidia, with this ability Jack "has been shown by his moving energy into his staff to break through solid walls, or move the anger from Hurricane":    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Staff

The first is fairly easy to reflect in terms of powers (e.g. just increase the magnitude of a particular melee attack).  However how would you guys do the latter?  Hurricane is a bit similar to the Hulk (a big angry Brick with no shirt on).

Imagine what kind of power effect would remove the hulk's power increase through anger.  Would this be power suppression?  And I wonder should it effect all powers then?  How would you guys do this?

perhaps power null, or something akin to blind without those FX.

Oh yes, that's what I meant..."power null".  Thanks!

Also I was going to recomend mental blank. Mental blank makes one of my hulk's turn back into banner (my classic savage hulk).

Yes, I can definitely see that.  Jack's "moving" of Hurricane's anger related power seems more like a mental based effect.  Good call.  :)  Thanks!
