I'm pretty certain this add was drawn by Frank Miller with Joe Rubenstein inks.  What do other people think?

I don't know... but those ads sure did distract me from my job for a solid hour!

It's hard to tell, but I think you may be right. The broken window in panel 2 does look kind of Miller-ish. Miller drew Spidey a few times (in Marvel Team-Up #100, and in a couple of Spidey Annuals)... I don't have the books handy, but if someone else does, you could compare the Spider-Man figures to see if they're similar.

The first Spider-Man pose looks like Miller. As does panels 2 and 4. Also the pose in Panel 5.
