i see alot of hero files and waht are they for and where do u install them?
They are custom character files.
Put them on your FF or Mod's Heroes folder.

so i see like creating your own but with an herofile would be easier?
where can I find the heroes folder?
when you create your on hero ingame then the data is saved as a herofile.
People make them availible for download so that other players can use thier heroes.
For FFVTTR the heroes folder is found in
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Irrational Games\Freedom Force vs the 3rd Reich\Custom\Heroes
you'll need to turn on hidden folders to get there
