I see a Apache Chief skin and a Giganta in the Alex site, but none looks like giant in the game. I want to know if exist a giant version of this characters (I see the giant Elast-Girl from Tommy and she looks great in 20 foot tall!)

No, she isn't 20 ft tall, but she's bigger than standard size meshes and you can easily hex or skope her to w/e size you want.
