Someone will probably have a good source for you, but if you google australia buy "Freedom Force" (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&as_qdr=all&q=australia+buy+%22Freedom+Force%22&btnG=Search), that may give you a start.
BTW, just because of modding issues, if the version distributed in Australia was the Digital Jesters version, I would be very tempted to buy the North American version, even if it means shipping it from the U.S. or Canada.
Some Electronics Boutique stores still have old copies (I know cos i work at an EB). My store doesn't have one (i bought the last one), but if you go to www.ebgames.com.au you can search the stock of any EB stores near you to see if they have one.
Amazon.com has them in stock for $4.99
