For brutes, how strong is the synergy between Energy and Electrical as both primaries and secondaries? In other words, is an Nrg/Elec brute or an Elec/Nrg brute a good "mesh"?

Energy Melee/Electric Armor is ridiculously powerful.

Electric Melee/Energy Armor is horribly gimped.
