A while back i got rid of Freedom Force and all that went with it from my computer cuz i never played it anymore and was taking up space then i changed my yahoo name and deleted my old one....then i wanted to play FF again but wait :doh: i deleted my old screen name along with the yahoo groups i had my backup meshes ive collected over the years and to make it worse there wasnt any other members of those groups so they are just gone :(
Post in requests what you want, and someone might have it.
In addition there is a lot of newer stuff that my very well do as a substitute.
That's a real bummer man. The other day, I was also contemplating that possibility, what if all my files for FF got deleted or lost. :o
Good thing there are still plenty of websites and groups that still host a lot of FF stuff. ^_^
yes and ive found quite a bit of what i used to have but some meshes dont work and crash my game when i try to make a character ive even tried redownloading the same mesh a few times ... :wacko:
Drive space is cheap nowadays. I have and external drive that has a copy of my FFvTTR folder and every mesh, skin, map, fx, VoicePack, and Mod I've ever downloaded over the past 5+ years with plenty of space to spare for all my other stuff. Some have called me a hoarding pack-rat but, after reading this, that's not such a bad thing. ;)

If you have a long list of mainstream characters you need, I'd start by looking up the websites of those skinners/hexers who have been around a while and have done hundreds of them, such as: Ink, AfghanAnt, JKC and C6 to name a few. After that, your list should be pretty tiny! ;)
Have you guys ever taken a look at how much space is used up with custom content for FF??
I just did a properties check on my IG folder and i've got over 16 gigs of stuff in it. only FF and FFVTTR and 2 mods installed, FFX and Matrix Reloaded. and no custom characters or mods for FF1 (i just have it installed for some odd reason....)
