This may sound like a stupid question, but I can't find the Hero Files for FFVTTR in my folder. Can someone point me in the right direction?

They should be located here:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Irrational Games\Freedom Force vs the 3rd Reich\Custom\Heroes...

or if not administrator files then in your next available one...
