Sorry, thread title made me giggle. :P
This isn't really a super soldier serum, its more of a diet in a pill. This really won't be a good thing, as, honestly, the only way to do exercise is to, you know...DO it. I can see how it can help those with joint pain and disabilities that reduce them from normal exercise, but I'm pretty sure they can still go swimming, unless they have no arms OR legs :huh:
