Are there ways to create new states that would combine damage? Like simulating a scalding steam attack...Burning and blinding at the same time? How about a poison gas attack that causes acid burn, dizziness and weakens? I was working on a hero file for Heather Hudson/Vindicator in her geo-suit and I started to think about it. She can summon hot steam to burn or blind opponents. There may be other combined states that would be of use in attacks, that I'm not thinking of at the moment. Thoughts?

If you want an attack that does two types of effect, buy the primary effect you want and add some stun to it. The stun will then be swapped for another effect when the attack lands.
