I was wondering if there was anybody who could help me make up a hero file for this guy, even though I don't know a thing about him right now, I really like Kssaints latest version of him and would like to see him in my game as a minor DC villain.
I can try to help you, USAgent. Since I'm the one that requested him, it seems right to help out with the hero file. I have the DC who's who and all his appearances in Justice League and Crisis. He doesn't have any superpowers so all his sats should be normal. He would rely more on technology than anything else. PM me and we can work on something.
