there was this in 'the great hunt' by shadoesword. in one of the end levels, the grey gargoyle would finish heroes with one hit.
Tales of the Navigator had a similar ability as well.
Basically, you'll need to code a new FFX power swap (this is what Dr. Mike did in Tales of the Navigator for Scorpio's death touch).
what about using the weaken power? i thought that had a bug in it that would just drain life away till death.
