There's a character in New X-Men named Nezhno, codename Gentle. His power is apparently that he gets continuously stronger each time he uses his powers, but the strain will eventually kill him. I'm curious how one could go about recreating this in Freedom Force.

oooh.. cool power.  kind of like he's constantly doing exercises and his mutation is that his muscle tissue rebuilds stronger with every use.  thats cool
kind of like Monster Girl from Invincible,  but a semi-realistic mutation.

a quick and dirty herofile would be...
give him the ephemeral attribute, so he loses health when he loses energy,  and then give him defence mechanism set to strength.  every strong move, make it it cost energy, which costs life... which makes him stronger... and he'll eventually die.
