I loved nightwatch despite all it's "assuming you've read the novel in russian" weirdness.

Ok, just got the double dvd set of Nightwatch and Daywatch for my B-day. Only seen Nightwatch so far. Decent movie, though it did slow down in the middle. Gonna watch Daywatch soon.

I just got done watching Day Watch.  Both movies are decent - I liked Day Watch actually better than Night Watch, though.  IMO, these are two movies it's best to watch back to back.  Does anybody know if there's going to be a third, because the end of the second one seems to wrap things up pretty well, I thought?

According to the director (?) in the extras on the NightWatch DVD, he indicated that it is meant to be a trilogy.  Whether or not that changed while doing Daywatch, I am uncertain.
