But rather tricky to replicate in FF, hmm?  What do y'alls Mr. Terrific II hero files look like?  I'm going to give him peak human stats, good melee attacks, but what all can his T-Spheres do?

stumpy

Umm. I don't know much about Holt, but I have to ask, who came up with third and who are the first two? Does someone like Batman or Lex Luthor (although I am thinking more of the Elliot S! Maggin, pre-Byrne Luthor) top the list? I assume whoever did the rankings wasn't including various aliens like Brainiac 5 or Superman and aliens/gods/etc.

Haha, yeah Stumpy, it's the 3rd smarterst HUMAN on the EARTH as of the current time, I suppose.  I think Batman is supposed to be first, and I don't know who is second...and it is sort of unofficial.  I would think Luthor would be the smartest, personally.

His sphere's can analyze opponents, create holograms of Mr T, shoot lasers, etc.

Mr Terrific himself is theoretically around Batman-level a fighter (although he's never scuffled with any of the top-tier hand-to-hand fighters, aside from Kobra), with peak human attributes. He's also a non-believer of magic.

I actually don't think Batman is supposed to be one of the top three in terms of pure intelligence.

The T-spheres have also been shown to be explosive, at least in the JLU cartoon they could be.

Batman is usually recognized as at or near the top of any list of cogitators among mainstream human superheroes in the DC universe. Of course, if you move through the time stream, include aliens or gods, or think in terms of the pre-Byrne DCU, there is a lot more competition. I doubt that Bruce would be at the top of a list that included Brainiac V, Metron, the pre-Byrne Kal-El, et cetera. At least not in terms of sheer intelligence - I would still think his detective skills remain unsurpassed.

One list that is often referred to was in (of all places) the May 2006 Businessweek.

In my oppinion, Mr Terrific is peak human and is skilled in hand to hand combat.

I simulate the T-Spheres with different medium-short range direct type attacks:

- low-medium electrical based attack
- low-medium fire based attack
- low-medium energy based attack
- low-medium blind based attack

I try to keep him under 9000 points (ffv3r).

Mr Terrific is resourceful in any situation, that's why I give him different low powered attacks: he can manage himself against many foes but he's not powerful enough to defeat a powerful villian.

UnkoMan

1: Lex Luthor
2: Dr. Sivana

I guess the Gorilla Grodd and Ultra Humanite don't count.

Holograms of mr T, then he would'nt need to fight coz nobody messes with T, crazy fool

From the fountain of knowledge that is Wikipedia

Ted Kord had no superpowers; however, he did possess a genius-level intellect, with an IQ of 192. Despero once claimed that Ted's mind was second only to that of J'onn J'onzz.[6] Former Justice League teammate Guy Gardner claims that Ted was smarter than Batman, "although nobody ever noticed."

Ted Kord was the second Blue Beetle by the way.
