Quick question- Can you continue with old saves after adding missions to the campaign? Appreciate it.

If you're just adding things after the mission you are on?  Absolutely.  Did it while modding LB all the time.  Actually, you can even mod missions already there without breaking the save completely, just don't expect any changes to actually show up in the save, unless you restart the altered mission.
