NCSoft is sponsoring a Comic Book Creator Contest for City of Heroes/Villains!

(I posted in General so that writers and artists and comic fans who aren't normally interested in CoH/CoV could possibly participate if they chose to do so.)

The Comic Book Creator software can be found here for those who aren't interested in the contest but might want to play around with the software.
