Hey guys, happy Easter!  I hope that everyone has a good day and gets to enjoy this time with family and friends.  My in-laws have come up for the weekend, so we're all celebrating together.  Have a good day guys and gals!

Hope all have a great Easter weekend ... I celebrated with a small vacation to Las Cruces, NM.  We spent our time house hunting and we found ourselves a beautiful new home ... woot!

Happy Easter (or Passover if you celebrate that, I know a couple of my friends do).

I finally get some relief here.  Tuesday, some nearby construction hit a watermain, but they got it back up pretty quick; however, in the process, it blew out the main regulator valve on my house which caused all KINDS of troubles that took a while to diagnose the source.  Short version - water had to be turned off thursday, but I couldn't get a plumber until Saturday morning.  Once he got here though and discovered I had about 150 pounds of pressure going through a line that should only have about 50-60, they set to wokr replaceing the valve .  The fact I turned the water off on Thursday though probably saved me all kinds of potential stress damage so that's good.  And as soon as they were gone and I was sure everything was working properly, I had a good long hot soak in the tub with a good book.
