First Look at Dr. Strange

Hmm......not entirely sure what to make of this, it always scares me when the directors and such start talking about 'starting from scratch,' putting their own 'spin' on the character or whatever.  It often ends up meaning that they think there is something wrong with this iconic character, who has survived for nearly sixty years that needs to be 'fixed.'  However...from what little we see of it, visually it seems appealing.

That's not what they meant. They were talking about emotionally-- you start out thinking he's a jerk, and you have to slowly warm up to him.

The cartoon looks fantastic. I might pick this one up.

Im thinking it looks cool too, althought obviously it's going to be pretty over the top at some point, I mean some of those stills seemed to be inspired by the rapture. Then again I love stephen strange and honestly I prefer it when he's not wearing his classic duds.
