Alter Ego's for MTU

Adding another dimension to the game are the Alter Ego's. They're set specific, so you can only play them using cards from their specific expansion, but each gives you a different starting endurance total, and a continuous ability.

Example:
Dr Octopus Alter Ego - you only start with 35 Endurance, BUT you draw an extra card every draw phase.
Hulk Alter Ego - only one of your characters can attack every turn, BUT you start with 75 endurance.
