my old desktop that I had when COH first came out, is apparently using hardware no longer supported by COH. so until I get my main computer back and running I may be out longer than I first expected.

totally bummed out.

moral of the story? always ALWAYS buy the maximum warranty available :P

hooray! I think I got everything sorted out this weekend, at least enough to play COH on minimum settings. I'm looking to login sometime in the next few days.

ok, so I'm having some geek crisis.

I bought a new power supply for the (now hated) Alienware. Of course it was a nightmare sorting out all the cables, for me anyway.

I put in the new PS, and apparently I forgot to plug something in somewhere or something, because it won't even power on when I turn it on. And yes the "on" switch on the PS itself is set to on, in addition to hitting the computer On button.

I'm guessing I forgot to plug in something important. I have the 24 pin ATX power plugged in, all the HD's, video card, etc. however I was left with a few unidentifiable 4(or 6?) jack plugs that I was unsure what to do with :(
